Biography
Jake is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice, where he leads Strategic Risk for State, Local Government, and Higher Education. He brings more than 15 years of experience helping public sector and higher education leaders strengthen enterprise resilience through risk management, compliance, third-party risk, and internal audit transformation. He advises senior executives and Boards on risk oversight, program maturity, and governance, and has led large-scale efforts to design and implement sustainable risk and compliance programs, modernize operating models, and enable governance through GRC technology. In addition to his client leadership role, Jake helps shape Deloitte’s Higher Education practice through thought leadership, relationship development, and strategic growth initiatives.
