Biography
Richard G. Mills, Jr. is President and CEO of United Educators (UE), leading its strategy and operations since September 2023. UE provides insurance solutions for educational institutions and maintains an A rating from AM Best. Previously, Rick served as Dartmouth's Executive Vice President and Harvard Medical School's Executive Dean for Administration. A former attorney and consultant, he holds degrees from Hamilton College and Boston University School of Law and serves on industry boards.
